Delivery Instructions

Delivery locations must have suitable access for a minimum 32-foot rigid body truck.
(If a smaller vehicle is required you must let us know)
Where a tail lift is required, the delivery area must have a suitable tarmac or concrete surface.
Drivers can only move pallets over tarmac or concrete and are generally unable to assist with opening pallets..
All our deliveries are via a book in service. The haulage company will ring you prior to arrange your delivery.
If you, the customer is not present on delivery and they have to rearrange the delivery there will be a redelivery charge at the customers expense.
Deliveries are generally 3-5 working days but during busy winter periods please allow for some delays.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Drivers cannot handball or move coal from the pallet.
Deliveries are made as kerbside deliveries, unless driver decides otherwise.
Where practical, drivers will do their best to position pallets at your preferred drop-off point.
Pallet trucks require suitable surfaces such as concrete or tarmac.
Gravel driveways may result in delivery being made at the nearest kerbside location.
Bulk deliveries are carried out using rigid lorries of up to 30ft in length.
Please ensure there is sufficient access before placing your order.
If access is restricted due to narrow entrances, tight corners, overhanging trees, steep inclines or other hazards, the driver may leave the delivery at the nearest safe location.
Driver safety is always the priority.

RETURNS

By choosing the courier option on our website, you acknowledge that the coal is for your own private use and that you are employing the services of the courier.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return a pallet of fuel for any reason:
– The cost of returning the pallet will be the responsibility of the customer.
– The pallet must be resealed and ready for courier collection.
– A refund will be processed once the returned goods have been received.
The contract for delivery exists between you, the customer, and the courier company.
The money paid for shipment and carriage goes directly to the courier for the service provided.
By selecting this delivery option, you accept the terms and conditions of the courier company.

The responsibility for selecting and purchasing the correct type of smokeless fuel rests with you, the customer.
As Wray Group LTD operates within the jurisdiction of the UK, we are not obligated to check your postal address to determine which type of fuel you should be using.
We ask customers to check whether they live within a smokeless zone and, where required, purchase smokeless products to comply with local legislation.
Wray Group LTD accepts no responsibility for the product selection made by customers, whether purchased through our website or over the telephone.
We will always do our best to help you choose the correct option for your area. However, the final purchasing decision remains your own.
